Lorelei taught Chair Yoga class at the South Windsor Senior Center for total 27 years. She has infused Qigong healing with Yoga to expand the healthy horizon for all of her senior students. They are enjoying learning new exercises as well as ancient Chinese healing and culture. The class includes Qigong and Yoga breathing techniques, simple yet profound Qigong movement and Yoga stretches, self healing technique with acupressure points, body meridians and sound healing. It's a fun class to join.

The World Tai Chi & Qi Gong Day
The World Tai Chi & Qi Gong Day was started in the late 1990's by Bill Douglas and his wife Angela Wong. This particular event was introduced to people to the ancient Chinese healing arts of Taijiquan and Qigong. The event has grown into a worldwide phenomena, practiced in over sixty countries. It starts at 10 AM in the earliest time zone the last Saturday every April, and flows as a gentle wave across the entire planet.
