It’s known as its effectiveness for healing, mostly relax the Ming men and waist area to increas Qi & Blood flow in the body. and increasing Qi & Blood flow in the body. This unique Qigong form is easy to learn, however difficult to accomplish. Through this particular Qigong form, Dr. Pang and his disciples have helped so many people overcame their health challenges. Qigong practitioners have elevated to a higher level of understanding their bodies’ potential, elevated their Qigong skills. The most lacking aspect of our Qigong practice in majority of people is the foundation building. In our cultivation process, learning how to relax and find our natural state is the most important foundation for both healing and skills. While relaxing the body seems to be very easy to do but is indeed very difficult to achieve in Qigong and Taijiquan practices. In the Relax Waist Gong with Straight Legged Sitting Method practice, Dr. Pang uses a variety of ways to support his students to learn how to relax the waist in order to fully “ignite" the Dantian’s true fire to “awaken” and Yuan Qi. This true Fire “cooks” the water in the body to supply our energy, restore Yuan Qi and Zheng Qi. This method can help us regulate and open the energy channels of our bodies so the Qi and blood can flow with ease and effortlessly. It has a significant role in assisting recovery. Through practice, you can activate a strong self-healing ability and have a comprehensive effect on improving physical and mental quality.
