Acting Through Action- Rudolf Nureyev,Martha Graham,Merce Cunningham,Mikhail Baryshnikov changed the world through their love of dance, and passion to express themselves through action in motion. Every movement whether in motion or stillness, allowed their bodies to move them to express great emotion. Combining movement and acting concepts, the dancer will learn to evoke a stronger emotion and give a stronger connection to every movement. Join my class and lets explore "Acting through Action". Every movement counts, every moment means something. Use your body to tell the full story every time you dance.
Ballet Technique- Emphasis on developing a strong technical center, improving mobility through space and greater upper-body expression while refining ballet techniques.

Evolving from the blend of Middle Eastern styles and Indian temple dance, Kathak combines dance, drama, and music to tell stories. Modern Kathak emphasizes geometrical patterns and designs with special emphasis on footwork and intricate rhythmic patterns. Students will also be encouraged to make their own choices through assignments in movement manipulation, variation, development, creation, and more!
Qigong- When your "Qi/Chi" energy isn ft flowing freely, you can get sick, stressed, or emotionally out of kilter. Disease, pain, health problems, and negative emotional conditions are symptoms of blocked energy. Qigong is a way to gently and thoroughly release nearly all energy blocks and eliminate most causes of illness and imbalance. It is extremely powerful, yet the practice of this form of Qigong is surprisingly simple and easy to do.
